4. Course Access & Usage

Purchasing a course grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use. Course content may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Payments & Refunds

All course prices are displayed clearly before purchase. Payments are made online by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Once your payment is confirmed, the course is added to your account automatically and becomes available immediately in your dashboard. If a course does not appear after a successful payment, please contact us and we will resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including course materials, videos, branding, and design, is the property of Trenza or its instructors and is protected under copyright law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unauthorized activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance.

9. Refunds

If you would like to request a refund, please get in touch with us through our Contact page — you can either use the contact details listed there or submit the form directly. Please include the course name and the email address used for the purchase so we can process your request faster.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
