ABOUT GWENDOLYN BURCHELL MBE

Gwendolyn Burchell MBE is an internationally recognised leader in social innovation with nearly three decades of experience advancing inclusive Early Childhood Development and family welfare systems.

As Founder of United Aid for Azerbaijan (UAFA), she has led the transformation of service delivery models, influenced national policy, and built sustainable systems across public, private, and civil society sectors.

She currently serves as Adjunct Lecturer at ADA University and continues to support institutions through training, technical assistance, and strategic advisory.
